Contact
One page, and everything on it is either a real channel or an admission that there is not one. Nothing here routes into a queue nobody is draining.
There is no contact form on this page and that is a decision, not an omission. Messages this product composes are written to a queue that a scheduled job drains, and that job is not scheduled on this host — so a form would take an enquiry, thank you for it, and hold it indefinitely. Until the queue drains in production, a form here would be a way of losing letters politely.
The entity behind ROSFlow, its registered address, and the tax and company numbers it trades under.
A venue with an account raises a ticket from inside the console rather than by email — it arrives carrying the venue, the branch and the person who raised it, so nobody has to ask which of your four sites the till is down at.
Open a support ticketFirst-response targets
These are the targets the support queue measures a ticket's age against, and they are what the platform console shows an operator. They are not a contracted service level and this page does not offer one — see Terms, availability, which explains why: nothing in this product measures uptime, so no percentage of anything could be promised honestly.
P1 means the room cannot take money right now. Not "the customer is annoyed" — if it comes to mean that, the queue stops being useful on the night it matters.
Write to the restaurant or hotel, not to us. That is not us passing you along: it is the actual division of responsibility, and it decides who is able to help.
Your booking, bill or personal details
The venue decides what it collects and why, which makes the venue the Data Fiduciary and ROSFlow the Processor acting on its instruction. A request to be forgotten, corrected, or told what is held is performed by the venue's own staff on their own screen. Platform support cannot erase a venue's guest, and should not be able to.
A refund for a meal or a stay
Money a guest pays goes to the venue's own gateway account, never to ours — subscription billing and guest payments are two separate integrations with two separate sets of credentials, kept apart deliberately. We never hold it, so we cannot return it.
The Privacy policy sets out what a venue holds about a guest, how long, and what erasure destroys and keeps.
For the personal data ROSFlow holds in its own right — the name and email address an owner gives when they open an account — ROSFlow is the Data Fiduciary, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act asks a Data Fiduciary to publish a named grievance officer.
If you have found a vulnerability, the Security page carries the disclosure terms and the mailbox to send it to.
If you cannot get into your own account, you do not need us: ask for a recovery link. It answers identically whether or not the address has an account, so it can be used safely and tells nobody watching whether you are a customer.
